#33 I really cut this bush back. Ron mentioned to me it was time to prune those bushes so....... I did. I can't wait until it flowers. It has hot pink flowers.

Sure, blame me now that you butchered your Crepe Myrtle! Just kidding. I'd read that you have to wait until almost spring because cutting them instigates new growth. Some folks damage them pruning in the winter like they do other deciduous plants.
